General

➤• By obtaining adopts, art, and such by SaoirseBee - you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

➤• Violating TOS can lead to a wide range of consequences

➤• By obtaining adopts, art, and such by SaoirseBee - you also do not support the topics/issues/the like on the 'Do Not Support' list

➤• Do not sell, give, gift, or co-own any of their designs or art to/with anyone on the blacklist

➤• Any and all art made by SaoirseBee is not permitted on these platforms: DeviantArt, Twitter, Facebook ( unless spoken about )

➤• Do not block SaoirseBee if you own any of their designs or art

➤• Please authorize Saoirse or send them an access key for any of their art or designs

➤• Do not use anything made by Saoirse to train AI or make AI art

➤• Tracing or coping anything made by SaoirseBee is not permitted

➤• Anything made by them can not be drawn over or edited

Commissions

➤• Communication is key - if there are any concerns or requests, please ask

➤• Unless stated - turn around time may range due to mental/physical/personal reasons - Saoirse Bee is a human, too

➤• Refunds are only available before 2 WIPS

➤• If found to support things in my ‘do not support’ list - there will be no refunds and everything will be canceled

➤• Fees are added depending on complexity of edits or requests

➤• Payment plans are available for folks who have respectable reputations

➤• Charge backs after owning the commission can result in consequences that might result in legal action or more

➤• Holds for only 2 days

➤• The ‘final draft’ stage is the last chance for any big changes for free - unless it is big enough where the piece has to be completely redone

➤• Any changes after the ‘final draft’ stage will be depending on the commission

➤• “Finalized” means that it is done + nothing can be changed, unless it’s brightness, color overlay, or Saoirse Bee asks

➤• The ‘finalized’ stage has a series of questions - so please be patient with them + know it’s for your protection/care

Trades

➤• If trading art for ocs - the values must match

➤• Saoirse Bee will ask for price lists to provide matching value if needed

➤• Art + OC quality must match eachother
( ex: art for a simple oc for a simple oc )

➤• Trades can take a while depending on the piece/oc - just like everything else

➤• The ‘final draft’ stage is the last chance for any big changes - if there are big changes that end up in 50% or more being edited, the trade will be cancelled

➤• Any changes after the ‘final draft’ stage will need to be spoken about

➤• “Finalized” means that it is done + nothing can be changed, unless it’s brightness, color overlay, or Saoirse Bee asks

➤• The ‘finalized’ stage has a series of questions - so please be patient with them + know it’s for your protection/care

Adopts

➤• Any + All adopts are to not be taken off of http://Toyhou.se

➤• None of the designs can be traded, sold, given away, or of the like off the site

➤• Adding piercings,
different hair, tattoos,
scars, medical devices, and body alterations
(amputations/casts/
wheelchairs) are totally supported - representation matters + is loved

➤• Redesigning, twinning, sibling, or of the like is not permitted - if you have any requests or questions, please contact Saoirse Bee

➤• Do not use the adopts for anything in the ‘do not support’ list

➤• Do not link any designs to anything owned by anyone on my blacklist

➤• Values parallel to the purchase price - not the OG price if it has changed

➤• The value of the adopt can only change when art is added - please add the value of the art to the price ( do not inflate the price )

➤• Gifting/Raffling an adopt is totally okay - they support kindness :)

➤• Designs are not to be used to commercial use ( contact Saoirse Bee for serious inquiry )

➤• Please wait 1 month before seperating with the design

➤• Saoirse Bee will accept the adopt back with no questions asked
